We are excited to share that our Kinsmen Walk-a-thon will take place on Thursday, May 14th! The event will begin shortly after lunch at 12:15 p.m. and will take place in the school field.

This year, we will once again be using our “lap challenge” format, which was a big success last year. Students will have a set amount of time to walk or run as many laps as they can. We encourage all students to do their best, keep moving, and challenge themselves—whether that means one lap or many!

On the day of the event, please ensure your child:

Wears appropriate footwear for walking/running
Brings a water bottle (water refills will also be available at school)

Prizes will also be awarded to the top 3 runners (most laps completed) in both Division 1 and Division 2, with winners announced at the end of the day.

Throughout the past month, students and families have been fundraising in support of Kinsmen. We truly appreciate your generosity and support. Our top fundraisers will be recognized and awarded prizes at this month’s Raptor Rally.

As always, families are welcome to join. Thank you for your support in making this event a fun and active experience for our students. We are looking forward to a great day and can’t wait to see how far our students can go!
